FAQs
How does the design process work?
We’ll start off with a creative brief to get all the answers we need for your project. The next stage is to create design options and strategies, run them by you for approval. We may go through a round of revisions but that’s just normal in the design world. We’ll guarantee to see everything through to the finish line for you.

Do you charge hourly or on spec? Payment method you accept?
Every design project has flexible pricing. A normal hourly rate is $50. We’ll always try to work within your specific budget and turnaround time. We accept Venmo or Zelle.
Do you do any last-minute designs or quick-turn around jobs? For additional fees?
Absolutely! Simple projects can be turned around in less than 3 days, quicker than that may require an additional fee, which is a small percentage based off the original price quoted.
How do you send final projects?
All project deliverables are handled at your request. We can accommodate special requests or make substitutions as needed. We can execute print specs to your preferred printer or we can recommend one that works within your budget.
